Click on the link above and then click on the 6th item below "HIPAA Website", which is titled, "HIPAA Privacy & Security Training at The University of Alabama (Powerpoint Presentation)"

You should complete the entire powerpoint presentation. The last slide, "Acknowledgement of Understanding" has a link at the bottom of the slide that you need to click on that brings up a form for you to print out, complete, sign, and bring with you to the University Medical Center.
