DynaMed is a clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use primarily at the 'point-of-care'. With clinically-organized summaries for nearly 3,000 topics, DynaMed is the only evidence-based reference shown to answer most clinical questions during practice. Based on the results of a study published in Annals of Family Medicine (November/December 2005), not only did primary care clinicians answer more clinical questions with access to DynaMed than without DynaMed, but these clinicians also found more answers in DynaMed that changed clinical decisions. (from DynaMed's website)

EBSCO's A-to-Z:

(Click the logo for the resource)

A-toZ is a product which assists HSL in bringing together all the many resources available to CCHS, either through the Univeristy of Alabama Library system, UAB's Lister Hill Library or our own subscribed resources. Some of these resources include the ScienceDirect journal packages, Blackwell Synergy journals, Up-to-Date, MD- and First- Consult as well as JAMA, New England Journal of Medicine and the Archive journals.

* Because of the number of titles available to us as well as constant vendor change, the title list will always be a work-in-progress.
