    What information do I need in order to pick up my medication?

    In order for a student to pick up medication they must present their Action Card along with their student identification number.

    The SHC Pharmacy forwards all charges to the student's bursar account.

    Can I purchase Over-the-Counter products in the Pharmacy?

    Yes, we carry a limited supply of over the counter products.

    Can I phone in my prescription refills?

    The SHC does allow call-in refill prescriptions.

    Can my friend or roommate pick up my prescription?

    Yes. Your "friend" must present your Action Card along with a note giving your consent to fill the prescription.

    Does the SHC Pharmacy accept prescription drug cards?

    At present the pharmacy only accepts certain plans. Please present insurance card at the time you have your prescription filled. The pharmacy can also provide you with an authorization statement that can be sent to any insurance provider.

    Not at this time.

    No, due to privacy issues you should wait in the designated sitting area.

    Yes our computer system is able to store your prescription until you are ready to have the medicine filled.
