The staff will be available to assist you with any questions or problems. The customer service number is 348-1770. You may also dial the following numbers to reach the billing staff.
- If you have Medicaid, please call 348-1219.
- Blue Cross patients can call 348-1248.
- Medicare patients call 348-1249.
- All other insurances, please call 348-1770.
Services: The Business Office will be glad to file insurance for all patients that have third party coverage. All co-pays are to be paid at the time of service. Payment plans are available to patients that meet the UMC's payment policy.
